Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order or using any services provided by Melani Krismonica ("I", "me", "my"). By submitting a project inquiry or payment, you agree to these terms.
I offer freelance web design, web development, and light branding services. The scope of work for each project will be agreed upon in writing (via email or chat) before work begins.
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the completed project. Payments are accepted via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
Each package includes a set number of revisions as stated in the pricing. Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at $25/hour. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Estimated delivery times are provided before work begins. Delays caused by the client (late feedback, late content delivery) may extend the timeline without penalty to me.
Upon receipt of final payment, you own all design files and code delivered to you. I retain the right to display the project in my portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If I am unable to complete the project, I will refund any payments received minus work already completed.
My liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project. I am not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
